Children at a school for young offenders in the UK were given drugs in an attempt to improve their behaviour during an experimental trial in the 1960s, according to files released by the UK National Archives. The boys reportedly were given anticonvulsant drugs during the six-month trial that was conducted without their parents being consulted.
