Chief Secretaries of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana exchanged heated arguments over contentious issues, particularly division of institutions, at a meeting convened by Anant Kumar Singh, Additional Secretary, Ministry of Home Affairs on Friday. The Andhra Pradesh Reorganisation Act stipulates that issues like division of common institutions and others should be resolved within a year of the formation of the Telangana State which falls on June 2.
