Foreign delegations visits Buddhist circuits
A delegation from various countries on Sunday visited the Buddhist Musium in the city. The delegation consisting of Germany, Greece, Italy, Laos, Malaysia and other countries’ representatives, on an invitation of Telangana government is visiting the State to develop Buddhist circuits into tourist centers of international standard. The delegation has already visited Nagarjuna Sagar and other Buddhist circuits in the State.
K Vivekananda an Indian born Australian told reporters that the team members produce literature on Buddhist tourist attractions in Telangana in their native language to promote tourism in the State. Tourism Department officials Rangachary, Bhanumurthy, Venkateswara Rao, Shyamsundara Rao, Jeevan Reddy and others accompanied the delegation.
