Seven Indian companies are among the world's 500 largest companies, according to 2015 Fortune Global 500 list that has been topped by Walmart. The Indian companies on the list are Indian Oil (119) with revenues of $74 billion, Reliance Industries (158) with revenues of $62 billion, Tata Motors with revenues of $42 billion (254), SBI with revenues of $42 billion (260), Bharat Petroleum with revenues of $40 billion (280), Hindustan Petroleum with revenues of $35 billion (327) and ONGC with with revenues of $26 billion (449).
