India's forex reserves at record high of $365.75 bn

India's forex reserves increased by $253.6 million to touch a record high of $365.749 billion in the week ended August 5, the RBI said on Friday.
The reserves increased despite a decline in foreign currency assets, which slumped by $765.4 million to $340.278 billion.
However, India's gold reserves and Special Drawing Rights rose by $1.008 billion and $4.1 million respectively.
