A visionary of Telangana
After a successful career in the field of civil engineering, CL Rajam has established himself today as a top professional in executing several world-class civil engineering and infrastructure projects.
Testifying his brilliant academic record, Rajam, who stood first in first from the prestigious Regional Engineering College (REC), Warangal, in civil engineering in 1974, also won a gold medal from JNTU.
When the movement for a separate Telangana picked up and Rajam wanted to contribute his services to the new state, he launched a Telugu daily, Namaste Telangana. Along with the movement, Namaste Telangana also grew and became an integral part of Telangana’s socio-cultural life.
After the formation of Telangana State, he bequeathed Namaste Telangana and focused on another publication launched by him, Metro India English News Daily. Metro India is now steadily making its presence felt among people.
Simultaneously published from Hyderabad and Raipur in Chhattisgarh State, Metro India is becoming “the news daily” for all sections of people in both the States.
Abreast of the fast evolving digital media, Rajam launched the online web edition metroindia.com of which he is the guide, mentor and brain.
