Warangal thumbs-up to creation of new districts
The State government’s decision to carve out new districts has sparked reaction from different quarters.
The supporters of TRS have welcomed the government move, while, Opposition parties have trashed the very idea saying that it has no scientific basis at all and allege that there is some political behind the whole exercise.
They have threatened to launch agitation to oppose Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar’s decision tooth and nail.
However, In Warangal people from all walks of life have given warm welcome to the Chief Minister’s initiatives.
Welcomed the government’s decision of carving out new districts. He said the smaller districts district would be easy to governance and help the development of the State.

Felt that there is no new recruitment chances in the newly forming districts if 371 (D) is not modify with the permission of the Union government. However, the government would be keen on development in new districts.

Formation of new districts is burden on citizens and would reflect on taxes. However, for the efficient governance creation of small districts is necessary. The government should follow the Vaastu for the benefit of the citizens, he opined.

The government must appoint an IAS officer to handle all the issues related to division of new districts.

Land values would definitely increase and it would help to the local people. Farmers and businessmen would reach easily to the district headquarters to finish their works.

For easy governance, that government should first fill all necessary posts and establish mini secretariats in the districts with all governmental departments under one roof.

New district will improve the governance methods , however, the government should take opinions from the public representatives for collective decision for the smooth division of districts. The government should be keen on legal troubles and should not repeat on merging of the villages and mandals in newly forming districts.

It is good, but public opinion should be taken into consideration. There was no demand from public for Siricilla. Public wants Ramagundam district.

The government should constitute a expert committee to go into all aspects of districts reorganization. The government it seems not sincere about what it is telling. The Government intended reorganization to safe guard real estate and political interests of ruling party.

It is better to wait till parliament and Assembly constituencies’ reorganization is completed. Instead pushing its agenda the government should take the opinion of all sections of the societies and also ascertain public as well as political opinion.
