Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis has announced that citizens of Pune will be allowed to use loudspeakers till midnight for five days during the Ganesh festival.

The said five days will be September 10, 11, 12, 13 and 15.

Fadnavis also discussed the overall preparedness for the upcoming festival including security arrangements and eco-friendly methods of idol immersion.
