TPCC focus on membership drive

The Telangana Pradesh Congress Committee is seriously implementing the membership drive and leaders of the TPCC leaders are keen on reaching the set targets to complete the drive as the deadline is drawing nearer. The leaders are holding review meetings to ensure all party leaders will seriously implement the program. They have paid special attention to filling membership books, feeding the data into CDs and submitting the full data to Gandhi Bhavan.
On Wednesday, progress of the activity in Nizamabad, Adilabad, Nalgonda and Hyderabad districts was reviewed at a meeting in Gandhi Bhavan. AICC Secretary Kuntia, TPCC working President Bhatti Vikramarka and the membership drive in-charge CJ Srinivasu reviewed the activities. Former PCC president D. Srinivas, Opposition leader in the Council Shabbir Ali, former speaker Suresh Reddy and Telangana Mahila Congress president Akula Lalita took part in the review meeting of Nizamabad district, while CLP leader Jana Reddy, legislator Padma Uttam Kumar Reddy and several other important leaders took part in the review meeting of Nalgonda district, which was followed by review meetings related to Hyderabad and Adilabad districts.
Nalgonda DCC president Bhikshumayya Goud, his Adilabad counterpart Maheshwar Reddy and Nizamabad counterpart Taher and others attended the meetings. Earlier on Tuesday, meetings related to Warangal and Medak districts were held and on Monday, Ranga Reddy district membership drive was reviewed in a meeting at LB nagar. Jadcharla and Khammam were venues where the progress of the activity for Mahabubnagar and Khammam districts was reviewed. Party leaders have been instructed to complete all formalities and submit complete data to Gandhi Bhavan as the program may be implemented on April 30.
