Housing Development Finance Corporation (HDFC), on Wednesday reported a 37% year-on-year growth in standalone net profit at Rs 1,871 crore.

The company's total assets stood at Rs 3,00,302 crore, an increase of 17% from the previous year period.

However, gross non-performing loans stood at Rs 2,006 crore, 0.75% of the loan portfolio. Further, HDFC’s consolidated net profit grew 27% to Rs 2,797 crore.
