Professionals say that Twitter might help you to get placed, if it has a formal job on board.

When compared to LinkedIn and Facebook, the users of Twitter have rapidly grown in 2014, according to the Pew Research Centre.

It is worth noting that compared to other social media sites and job portals, Twitter has more job openings. But only 15 percent of recruiters actually find someone to hire through Twitter.

Due to the poor communication by the companies, job seekers are unable to find jobs, says a survey by Software Advice.

To find a job in Twitter user has to search job following specific company in which they are interested or can even search using hash tag related to specific job or company.

A hash tag search might redirect you to many unwanted results and junk that are made for promotions.

Because of the new tweets arriving at every few seconds it is difficult for the user to find job which eventually consumes a lot of time.

If twitter adds this functionality like job boards like monster.com it really helps many of the job seekers to find an appropriate job in their functional area.
