Think good to harness positive energy

D Prabhakar Rao, CMD, Telangana State Power Generation Corporation, "The longer we are able to hold a positive thought, the stronger that energy around us becomes”, goes a saying. There is no growth in our lives without thoughts, and every moment we are immersed in one thought or the other. It is said that frequency-range and cosmic expansion of thought waves are much higher than that of the electromagnetic waves.

We don’t see things as they are, we see them as we are  -Anais Nin

In my view, there is a close relationship between energy and thought. Energy does not necessarily mean electrical energy. It can be innate energy within human beings. There is no life on the earth without energy; similarly, there is no growth without thought which in turn depends on inner energy. Development of personality depends on whether a person thinks positively or negatively. The power of his thought waves depend on how bad, divine or intermediate his thoughts are.

If thoughts are positive, they provide stronger energy to the person. His vital energy is determined by the positive thoughts. A pure thought creates a powerful magnet that draws similar energy into our vibrational field, making a person more potent. So, it is most important for a person to develop pure and positive thinking if he has to harness energy within himself. If we have good thoughts, they give us moral and psychological strength so that we can do something for the welfare of society. Unless you have pure thoughts, you cannot translate your ideas into action.

Our Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao is a classic example of a person with creative and positive thoughts. I interact with him at least thrice a day and he comes out with amazing ideas to make the State into power surplus one. Because of his positive thoughts and long-term vision, we have been able to avoid power cuts even in peak summer and we have a long-drawn plan to add an  additional 6,000 MW of power to the State in the next three or four years.

So, pursuance and perseverance are key to success of any person. If you have a positive attitude and self-confidence, you can achieve any goal, however harder the path is. I fully appreciate Metro India’s efforts to promote this concept of pure thought and pure talk among the society.
