By controlling the bad within us, a society free from crime, social stigma and evil practices can be created.

By inculcating the teachings of the Vedas, and with parents emphasising moral education, the filth within us can be washed away. With the help of ‘Swachh Soch, Swachh Bol’, I managed to create a positive working environment in my department. Team work helps us accomplish any task. For proper conduct in society, a person must have Swachh Soch, Swachh Bol which will help him or her realise what is right and wrong in society.

By birth no one is an addict and no one a criminal. It is adverse situations which take people on the wrong path. With positivity of thought, people, particularly the youth, will not deviate from the right path. By ensuring that everyone has work, people can be brought back into the mainstream.

Despite hailing from a small village, I managed to achieve the position of PCCF with the help of ‘Swachh Soch, Swachh Bol’. Even now, it helps me overcome confusion and gives me strength in making decisions. I have learnt a lot from the life of Mahatma Gandhi. People must infuse the honesty, simplicity and peaceful nature of Gandhi into their life.
