Murray wins first clay court title

World number three Andy Murray claimed his first ever clay court title on Monday of his career winning ATP Munich Open. Murray defeated Germany's Philip Kohlschreiber with 7-6 (7-4), 5-7, 7-6 (7-4) scores.

Murray also became the first British player to win ATP clay court title since Christopher Mottram in April 1976.

However it was a tough match for Murrya as Kohlschreiber was leading in the first serve. But Murray fought back and claimed the set.
