Some important changes in the offing in on-line services in order to make the e-booking system more pilgrim-friendly:

To send regret letters to the failure transactions for the Rs.300 special entry darshan tickets and send a mail to the pilgrim stating that the amount for the failures transaction will be refunded within three days. As a measure of transparency in booking system, to display the names of the devotees who booked the on-line Seva tickets in the web site after 12 midnight every day. To make special entry darshan booking round the clock. However for the on-line booking of Seva tickets the existing procedure will continue and every day the booking will be opened by 9am

. While booking special entry darshan ticket, henceforth the principle devotee alone has to scan his photo and ID-proof while for the rest of his family members there is no need to submit both. The other members can scan only their ID-proof and they have to bring the same ID-proof while reporting for darshan.
