Special buses to Yadadri on eve of Nrisimha Jayanthi

TSRTC would run special Volvo buses from Hyderabad to Yadagirigutta, the famous Nrisimha kshetram on May 1 and 2 on the occasion of Nrisimha Jayanthi.

The number of pilgrims visiting the temple has increased ever since Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao decided to develop the temple on the lines of Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams. The corporation had earlier decided to run Volvo buses during weekends and holidays.

The buses would be operated from various places in the city. "These buses will be additional to the four Volvo buses operated on weekends,” said RTC Greater Hyderabad Zone Executive Director G Jaya Rao. The corporation would run ten Volvo buses with single stop at Bhongir, he added.

Buses to be operated from various places and timings include
MGBS- 10.40, 11.35, 14.10 and 15.00,
JBS- 7.50, 8.55, 11.15, 12.20, 14.45 and 15.50,
NGO’s Colony- 7.30, 8.40, 11.00, 12.10, 14.30, 15.40,
KPHB Colony- 7.30, 8.40, 11.00, 12.10, 14.30, 15.40,
Lingampally 7.30, 8.55, 13.45, 15.05,
Uppal Cross Roads- 7.45, 8.00, 8.15, 8.34, 9.10, 9.20, 9.30, 10.10, 10.55, 11.10, 11.20, 11.30, 11.45, 12.05, 12.40, 12.50, 14.40, 15.00, 15.45, 15.55, 16.10, 16.20, 16.45 and 17.00 hours.

From Yadagirigutta, the buses would start from 9.00, 9.15, 9.30, 9.50, 10.25, 10.35, 10.45, 11.25, 12.10, 12.25, 12.35, 12.45, 13.00, 13.20, 13.55, 14.05, 16.00, 16.15, 16.30, 16.50, 17.00, 17.10, 17.25, 17.35, 18.00 and 18.15 hours.

The charges for the bus from NGO’s Colony to Yadagirigutta would be Rs 95 plus the Rs 6 (toll tax); from KPHB Colony it would be Rs 117 plus Rs 6, from Lingampally Rs 134 plus 6, from MGBS Rs 94 plus Rs 6 and from JBS Rs 94 plus Rs 6 (toll tax).
