Court fumes over Rajasthan govt on Gujjar's issue
The High Court of Rajasthan expressed its anger on Rajasthan government over the Gujjar’s agitation. The court questioned the chief secretary and Director General of Police [DGP] for not arresting even a single agitator so far which is severely affecting the public.
“How come the agitators took control of law and order? We would like to hear the responses of Chief Secretary and DGP on this,” said a single judge bench.
The court also directed to clear the rail and road blockage with immediate effect and asked for a detailed report of property loss incurred during the agitation.
Directives were also issued to Divisional Railway Manager railway of the region.
