Telugu Desam Party’s most prestigious 'Mahanadu' will begin at Gandipet from Wednesday. In the three-day event, about 40 thousands representatives are expected to take part and leaders from all corners of the Telugu states are reaching the venue.

At 11 am, TDP chief Chandrababu Naidu will pay tributes to founder NT Rama Rao and then to the martyrs. At 12 pm, Mr Naidu will address the gathering and key resolutions will be introduced.

A resolution on Nara Lokesh, to give him a key position in the party and get him actively involved in party activities, is anticipated in this 'Mahanadu.'

However, TDP sympathizers are silent on Harikrishna and Jr NTR’s presence, while Hindupuram MLA Balakrishna received a formal invitation for the 'Mahanadu.'
