Tamil Nadu Governor K. Rosaiah has responded on the Seshachalam encounter in which 20 labourers were killed, who are alleged to be red sander smugglers. There had been massive protest all over Tamil Nadu state while political parties have claimed that it was pre-planned attack by the Andhra Pradesh police. Rosaiah finally opened about this incident.
"The issue can be settled if chief ministers of both the states come forward and have a dialog process,” said Rosaiah. He further added that he is ready to take any initiative to bring the chief ministers to one platform.

Meanwhile the families of the deceased reached Chandragiri to file case against the officials who were involved in the encounter. The police were deployed in large number, just in case of any emergency.
