Police do it again: Most dreaded Terrorist Vikaruddin killed in Warangal

The dreaded terror attacks' convict and Hyderabad blasts' mastermind Vikaruddin was killed in a police encounter with terrorists in Warangal district on Tuesday.

Under a tense atmosphere created by the firings by alleged ISI terrorists, while Vikaruddin was being taken from Warangal to Hyderabad, the Police killed the four suspected ISI terrorists and Vikaruddin, near Aleru-Janagaon in Warangal district.

The incident took place at 11 am in the morning, when the four terrorists suddenly started firing on the police escort vehical, which was on its way to Hyderabad. Soon, the alert police retaliated by opening firing on the miscreants and killed them. However, Vikaruddin was also killed in the firing.

This sounded an end to the dark chapter of Vikaruddin, who was involved in killing of six policemen in Hyderabad in 2012. In addition to this, he was involved in the attack on the Gujarat home minister in the past. He operated with the name DJS in Hyderabad and was involved in the police attack cases in Shalibanda, Santoshnagar and he was also booked under the anti–national activities act and was arrested for it. He was also prime accused in a several bomb blasts and criminal cases.

The terrorists who were killed in this encounter are believed to be Suleiman, Zakir, Amjad, and Anif, along with Vikaruddin.
