After days of revision, preparation and writing exams, students are finally receiving their results.
The Madhya Pradesh Board of Secondary Education (MPBSE) declared the Class 10 board results on Thursday, May 14 at 2 pm. Around 10-11 lakh candidates appeared for the exam, which was conducted from March 3 to 24. The students can access their results on the official site of the board.
But Madhya Pradesh is not the only state to be declaring its results - The Board of High School and Intermediate Education Uttar Pradesh is expected to declare results for both Grade 10 and Grade 12 students in three days’ time. Over 30 lakh students appeared for the high school and intermediate examinations this year, which were held from February 19 to March 11 and from February 19 to March 23 respectively. The results will be available on the India Today website at 12:30 pm on May 17th.
Also, the states of Andhra Pradesh and Rajasthan are set to declare 10th results on May 20 and in June respectively. How well these states do is a matter to be seen. However, Karnataka has outdone itself this year. The Karnataka Secondary Education Examination Board (KSEEB) has recorded a pass percentage of 81.82 percent, a pass percentage never witnessed in the 50 years since the KSEEB started conducting state level examinations. As the results continue to pour in, students all over the country will be able to see whether their hard work has borne fruit.
