Punj Lloyd secures NHAI's Bihar project worth Rs 542-cr

Punj Lloyd has won 41-km long road project from National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) in Bihar which is worth of Rs 542-crore.

The scope of work for the project includes four-laning from 360.91 km to 402 km of Gorakhpur-Gopalganj section of NH28 in Bihar.

The purpose is to cut short the travel time between Gorakhpur and Gopalganj & Gorakhpur and Patna by reducing congestion and fixing geometric deficiencies at various intersections.

This new project would create employment opportunities and also helps to uplift the rural economy. This project is subjected to finish in 24 months.
